55+ Senior Adult Ministry

 

The Third Monday Big Event takes place every third Monday.  This inreach/outreach arm of the Senior Adult Ministry of First Baptist Church is available for anyone 55 and older.  Those who are interested sign up in advance (8 days in advance) for the $10 catered meal that takes place at FBC Fellowship Hall (temporarily in the Activities Building) at 12 noon, followed by an inspirational program that features a music group or inspirational speaker.

Plus our newest addition of FUN & GAMES at 10 am, join us for some fun and fellowship while playing card games, board games and more.

 

The 55+ group also enjoys day trips and on occasion, an extended trip.  Past trips have included Branson Jubilee, Prestonwood Baptist Christmas Spectacular, Noah’s Ark, the Creation Museum, Museum of the Bible, New York City, Washington D.C., Nashville, and local trips to Tulsa, Pawhuska, Kansas City, Enid.
